Shell Chic'd - September 10, 2015

September 10, 2015

And just like that, it was September again. Things I’m loving this month, no pumpkin spice included. We’ll save that for October.

The North Shore :: Just because summer is “over” doesn’t mean the day trips stop here, and the North Shore of Massachusetts is one of the prettiest places to visit in the fall (Halloween in Salem. Groundbreaking.). Part I delivered a weekend guide to Rockport, and stop back on Thursday for three more day trip options north of Boston! (*image via)

Riding Leggings :: If you know me, you know I’ll resist pants for as long as possible. I think I wore jeans all of two times this summer, and only because I hadn’t shaved my legs it was completely necessary. But if we must talk about fall fashion, I can tell you I’ll be living in these this summer. No one can call you out on wearing yoga pants to work when there’s a leather detail… right? I’m packing this particular pair from A Ruby for our trip to Paris this month.
(ps. get 20% off your first purchase + all pants ship free!)

Rifle Paper Co x LeSport Sac :: True or false: Emily has resisted a Rifle Paper Co collab.
Yeah false.
I’ve gotten a ton of use out of the Hailey ‘Joy’ Tote so far and am ready to pounce on this makeup case.
(AND all LeSport Sac is 30% off through tonight with code LABORDAY2015)

Pinrose :: This new perfume line deserves a post of its own, but for now, do yourself a favor and just take the quiz. I promise it’s better than any BuzzFeed one you’ll procrastinate with today. They just launched at Nordstrom, and they have a scent called Garden Gangster, so, um, enough said. Their sample packs of single-use petals (towelettes) are also purrrfect for traveling + avoiding potentially embarrassing situations.

The Little Market :: Best mission. Loveliest things. Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla’s online marketplace features hundreds of products made by artisans all over the world. Fair trade, and every purchase generates a meaningful income for the artisans and their families. Currently on my radar :: a handcrafted weekend bag, a whimsical hamper, and someone loan me a baby so I can buy them this knit bear beanie.
